I am very proud of our team today.  This morning we kicked off with a media release announcing our executed letter of intent with Red White & Bloom Brands Inc., a publicly traded multi-state cannabis operator and house of premium brands that are available across the cannabis market in the United States.

Our companies anticipate completing a Product Development and Commercial Licensing Agreement by the end of October, 2021 based on how we will apply MVMD’s Quicksome™ technology and novel cannabinoid solubilization technique to various cannabis product applications that Reb White & Bloom will bring to market.  We are targeting Florida, Michigan and California initially to manufacture and distribute a medical grade sleep cannabis product as a result of initial formulation work.
