We are one month out from MVMD’s Annual General Meeting and are looking forward to sharing a detailed update with our shareholders.  Fall is a great time to reflect on all of the hard work over the past year, while we look forward in our strategic plan and priorities to support our mission of “More Life”.

We have laid a very strong foundation through the important business startup phase and we are excited to be entering into the commercialization phase of our business focused on revenue and measurable growth.

The meeting starts at 11:30am EST and will cover the formal recording of votes on standard resolutions, a short business presentation, and live Q&A. Please be sure to submit any questions in the registration phase that you would like a deeper dive on and we will be sure to cover if time permits. If you can’t make the meeting during the scheduled time, a recorded session will be available on our website after the meeting for you to access at your leisure.
