Agrarius™ continues to demonstrate strong and consistent performance across major global crops, with large-scale trials in Brazil and Colombia validating significant yield gains, improved plant health, and reductions in key disease symptoms such as HLB in citrus. Partnerships with FARMATAC and FEDEGAN are unlocking substantial commercial opportunities—including access to more than 43 million hectares of pastureland—while additional successes in corn, sugarcane, soybeans, cotton, and potatoes reinforce Agrarius™ as a versatile, high-impact agricultural technology. With key producers and distributors now engaged and new trial cycles underway, MVMD enters 2026 with clear momentum toward scalable commercialization and execution, positioning Agrarius™ as an emerging, disruptive platform for organic productivity gains across multiple crops and regions.

December Shareholder Update - Agrarius™ Commercial Progress

Dear friends of MVMD,

I hope this message finds you well as we head into the final stretch of 2025.

Earlier today, we released a formal business update highlighting key results from our recent Agrarius™ agricultural trials in Brazil and Colombia. As always, the full release is available on our website at mvmd.com, but I wanted to personally share a few reflections and insights from the front lines of our work.

It has been a year of real acceleration for our Agrarius™ agricultural business, particularly across our advanced work in Latin America, where our trialing and business development efforts have now reached critical mass. We are seeing consistent validation of the Agrarius™ product performance across key agricultural categories in the region, with results that directly support our commercialization efforts heading into 2026.

Positive Trial Outcomes

In Brazil, we’ve completed four large-scale citrus trials through our client-selected third-party partner, FARMATAC. Results from mature Hamlin and Valencia orange orchards were especially impressive:

Hamlin Variety: Agrarius™ treated orchards demonstrated improved plant condition and a productivity increase of approximately 125 boxes (15%) per hectare. Juice yield analysis showed that treated oranges required 20 fewer boxes to produce one ton of juice compared to the control, resulting in an approximate total yield increase of 22%. Independent agronomists also observed a visual reduction in symptoms associated with Huanglongbing (HLB), also known as citrus greening disease.

Valencia Variety: The Agrarius™ treated block achieved an average of 835 boxes per hectare, compared to 559 boxes in the control, reflecting a 49% yield increase. Treated trees also exhibited stronger vigor and canopy density, consistent with improved nutrient uptake and photosynthetic activity.

Two additional trials are now nearing completion in younger citrus orchards, with initial feedback indicating performance that is consistent with, or even more favourable than the mature tree trials. We expect these results in the coming weeks.

Consistent with our previously shared results earlier in 2024, the recent Brazil citrus trials again documented a reduction in visible HLB symptoms, a chronic bacterial disease that continues to devastate citrus production globally. Independent agronomist feedback has been encouraging, and the initial signs from our younger orchard trials point to potentially even greater impact. This is a category where MVMD’s approach may deliver durable, long-term value.

In Colombia, we are nearing completion of a multi region pasture grass trial in partnership with FEDEGAN, the national cattle growers’ federation. With more than 43 million hectares of pastureland under its domain, FEDEGAN represents a generational opportunity for MVMD. Preliminary data from the seven region trial, supported by satellite imaging and laboratory analysis, is showing improved vegetation health, earlier grazing readiness, and stronger nutritional content in Agrarius treated plots. This trial is expected to conclude by year end, with final analysis anticipated in early 2026.

Beyond citrus and pasture, our 2025 season delivered important validations across additional crop types. Notably, a recent sugarcane clone seedling trial highlighted Agrarius™’ potential to support early stage crop establishment at scale.

Corn: Trials by UNESP in Brazil showed yield gains of 14.8% and 11.2% in Dourados and Santa Cruz respectively, attributed to improved root development and higher chlorophyll levels, indicating enhanced nutrient uptake and photosynthetic efficiency.

Sugarcane: Agroquatro trials showed yield improvements of 8–12 tons/ha (approx. 10%), 15% higher sugar content, and 47% reduction in pest damage. Separate clone seedling trials demonstrated notably faster initial development, including enhanced root mass and shoot emergence, which are key markers for early establishment success and long term productivity. These benefits are especially relevant for large scale replanting programs, where improved rooting and early growth can reduce crop failure risk and accelerate harvest timelines.

Soybeans: In 14 Brazilian farmer trials, Agrarius boosted yields by an average of 6.34 sacs/ha. A CESB competition entrant achieved a 15.61% increase (117.93 vs. 102 sacs/ha). UNESP lab trials confirmed enhanced carboxylation efficiency, chlorophyll content, and reduced oxidative stress, supporting improved plant metabolism under field conditions.

Cotton: UNESP and FEPAF trials showed a 14.7% increase in cotton bolls per plant and a 7% overall yield increase, attributed to more efficient photosynthesis and improved water use, particularly relevant in regions with variable rainfall.

Potatoes: 2025 summer harvest trials showed an 18.49% productivity increase (51,250 vs. 43,250 kg/ha), further validating Agrarius’ consistent performance across tuber crops and reinforcing higher marketable yields.

These results represent a strong foundation for scale, and we are now deep into discussions with several large producers and distributors regarding broader deployment. New cycles of testing are now underway on coffee, cotton, citrus, wheat, barley, and expanded sugarcane programs.

Looking Ahead

The Agrarius™ value proposition continues to be confirmed with solid performance data, key partners are now engaged, and our path forward is increasingly about focus and execution. While the journey has required patience, we believe Agrarius™ is emerging as a disruptive agricultural platform with the potential to deliver meaningful, organic productivity gains across multiple crops and geographies.

We are incredibly proud of our team and partners who continue to advance this important work. On behalf of all of us at MVMD, thank you for your continued support as we build a future of “More Life.” I look forward to sharing a broader update across the business in the coming weeks before the Christmas holiday.

Warm regards,
