Good morning!  I am pleased to share that MVMD provided a broad business update media release today that summarizes the extensive progress of our work across key projects.

With all of the various projects that apply our technologies to key human and animal health problems, I am often asked what key project or initiative excites me the most. This is of course a very difficult question, but for me when I look our mission of “More Life” it is important to understand the context of the spectrum of not just preventing death, but in helping people live their best life. It is with that context that our top management priorities also translate into our business plan this year – broadening our cold chain application to numerous vaccines for example and on the other end of the spectrum, commercializing our nutraceutical work so something as simple as a good night’s sleep can translate into energy to tackle the day.

I am also asked about outlook for shareholder value, how we are tracking towards revenue and our cash position to ensure we are able to finish our important work.  Biotech is an amazing space and I believe the opportunity to solve complex health problems and create shareholder value is limitless. There are over 20,000 biotech companies globally working to advance science to create better health outcomes. I was reading an interesting valuation article the other day and saw that almost 80% of the constituent companies of the Nasdaq Biotech Index (NBI)companies have no earnings but representing over $250 billion in valuation (that’s just over 150 companies).  MVMD is doing important work that I believe can drive significant licensing revenues related to progress.  We have significant cash on hand to advance our business plan and I remain very encouraged about our team, our focus and progress.
